A regulatory obligation
The EU AI Act requires demonstrable AI literacy, from the management board through to the business units. Without a training concept, there is no evidence.
We train supervisory boards, managers and employees for the safe, productive use of AI: hands-on, legally sound and tailored to your organization.

Why now
Since February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act has required employees to have sufficient AI literacy. At the same time, many AI initiatives remain stuck at pilot stage. Not because of the technology, but because knowledge, responsibilities and rules are missing.
The EU AI Act requires demonstrable AI literacy, from the management board through to the business units. Without a training concept, there is no evidence.
Tools are rolled out, but real impact fails to materialize. What is missing is the methodology to assess, prioritize and implement use cases.
Between euphoria and worries about their own jobs, it is leadership that makes the difference. If you cannot explain AI, you cannot introduce it.
Who it is for
Three levels, three sets of needs. Choose who in your organization has to be ready to act first.
You need to assess AI risks, adopt a strategy and be able to document your duty of care. Two formats.
View formatsYou are the ones introducing AI in the team, answering questions and applying guidelines day to day. Three formats.
View formatsYou want to use AI in day-to-day business: productively, safely and with clear ground rules. Two formats.
View formatsOur formats
Every format is proven, has a fixed process and a defined outcome. We tailor scope and agenda to your organisation.
For boards and leadership teams who have to assess AI and answer for it: with the vocabulary and the tools that takes.

Assess AI risks as confidently as financial figures. Two days in an exclusive circle of supervisory and advisory board members: regulatory requirements, peer learning and checklists for concrete board work.
Result
A risk checklist for advisory boards, an AI guideline and your own AI agent for board work.

From first orientation to a strategy you can sign off. Two days for leadership teams: fundamentals, the EU AI Act, use case development and the guideline your organization works with afterwards.
Result
A company-specific AI guideline, a structure for AI risk management and prioritized use cases.
Practice happens on real tasks from your own area, not on demo examples.

From “we should really do something with AI” to three concrete use cases, in one day. We prepare with interviews and an industry analysis, rate your use cases by value, effort and risk, and prioritize them together.
Result
A prioritized use case list, an action plan, an AI roadmap and a digital board to keep working with.

One day that turns curiosity into routine. Your teams learn to use AI safely and effectively in their own daily work, practicing on real tasks from the business unit.
Result
Ready-to-use prompts for recurring tasks and clear dos and don’ts for everyday work.
Our approach
In every format, participants work on their own use cases, write their own prompts and finish by building a working AI agent. What you take away can be used the next day.
The EU AI Act, GDPR, risk management and ethical questions are part of every agenda, not a mandatory module on the last afternoon.
From a one-day workshop to a multi-month program across all levels. Every format works on its own and as a building block on a longer journey.
Our trainers put AI into productive use in companies. That experience goes into every session. On request, we train directly in the neuland.ai HUB.
When one workshop is not enough
A modular program across all levels: in-person courses, webinars and e-learning interlock, from the executive briefing to the one-day training for employees. We adapt the standard six-month duration to your organization. Optional certifications give HR and compliance the evidence they need.
Always included
Not a slide deck to file away, but tools that keep working in your organization.
A guideline for using AI, tailored to your company. Not an off-the-shelf template, but developed together in the workshop.
Structure and checklists to classify, assess and document AI initiatives in line with the EU AI Act.
A proven method for assessing and prioritizing use cases by value, effort and risk.
Reusable prompts for your most common tasks, created in the workshop, ready for everyday use.
Build instructions and a finished agent for a concrete use case from your own organization.
Results, handout and a digital board your team keeps working with after the workshop.
Voices from the workshops
“Of course it is a lot of material for two days, but I was able to follow it all very easily and soaked up the knowledge like a sponge. The significance of AI for the future was made unmistakably clear.”

Sandra Niehaves
Branch Manager, Head of Inside Sales
“A very good, hands-on and inspiring event. The whole team was thrilled by the many concrete ideas. For us, it is clear that we want to carry on from here.”

Yes, for all formats, including digital boards for follow-up work. Group work does work best in person, though.

The AI Manager certification course concludes with an official certificate from eco e.V., the Association of the Internet Industry. The train-the-trainer program also ends with a certificate.
Our formats are designed around Article 4 of the EU AI Act and provide documentable training records as well as an AI guideline. We do not replace the final assessment of your compliance; we create the basis for it.
Yes. If you use or are introducing the neuland.ai HUB, we work directly in it. Prompts, agents and projects are then created in your own environment and remain usable after the workshop.
