What is the onboarding fee for?

For getting started with the neuland.ai HUB, one time. Our Customer Success team develops an individual onboarding plan with you and accompanies the introduction step by step until your team works on its own. Departments then build their own agents without programming.

Do you bill by user or by usage?

Both: in regular operation you pay €1,750 per month and €17.50 per user per month, plus tokens (+7.5%). The consumption dashboard shows usage continuously, per model, agent and project.

Can we run the neuland.ai HUB in our own data centre?

Yes. We set up on-premise and dedicated hosting as an additional service; by default the neuland.ai HUB runs in EU data centres.
