Copy and paste is cheap in the moment and expensive at the objection stage.

The case officer opens last month's decision, rewrites the name, period and amount and leaves the rest unchanged. Whatever stays unchanged either comes back from approval or only comes to light when an objection arrives.

4places to changePeriod, amount, parties and legal basis, each one separately.
2correction loopsApproval sends it back because the reasons do not match the operative part.
75minutes per decisionThat is how long the case takes before it leaves the building.

The agent cuts the same decision from 75 to 20 minutes.

The reduction from 75 to 20 minutes is this agent's headline figure. The four lines show what the 75 minutes typically consist of; none of them has been measured individually.

Three steps through the process.

The authorised signatory decides whether the decision should be issued as drafted; the agent only checks that the operative part, the statement of reasons and the notice of legal remedies are consistent with each other.

Build the draft from the case data

The agent pulls the calculation result, the award period and the parties from the case management system and drafts the operative part from them. It selects the text modules by decision type.

Write the reasons step by step

The agent sets out the reasons in a fixed order: legal basis, facts, calculation. Every figure in the text points to the field it came from.

9 paragraphs of reasons, 6 references to fields in the case management system

Check consistency and hand over for approval

The agent cross-checks the operative part, the statement of reasons and the notice of legal remedies against each other. It presents the draft to the authorised signatory with a checklist.

What the agent does not do.

It does not sign the decision.

It produces a draft. Signature and responsibility remain with the authorised signatory.

It does not check whether the calculation in the case management system is correct.

It carries the result from the case management system into the draft. If a figure there is wrong, it is wrong in the decision too, until the case officer corrects it in the system.

It does not know what the objections unit found fault with in the previous decision.

It reads the case in the case management system and the approved text modules. If the objections unit's remedy note is held only in the unit's own file, the agent's draft repeats the wording that was criticised.

The questions that come up before the first meeting.

How quickly is the Administrative Decision Agent ready to use?

A pilot typically runs on your own data within 4 to 6 weeks. The agent connects to your existing systems rather than running as a separate, parallel environment.

Where is the data processed?

EU cloud, private cloud or on-premises. Processing is GDPR-compliant and models are never trained on your data. Details in the Trust Center.

Where does the figure “75 min → 20 min” come from?

It is based on experience from comparable projects and process benchmarks, not a commitment. We establish the realistic effect for your organisation in the assessment before the pilot.
